There's something almost magical about that first moment your bare feet hit the warm sand — the way it moulds around your toes, the little grains massaging your soles as you run, dive, and laugh your way through a game or two.
Science actually backs this up: walking barefoot on sand (aka "earthing") is genuinely good for you — better balance, stronger foot muscles, and a legit mood boost.
And then there's the water. Whether you accidentally-on-purpose run into the shallows or take a deliberate cooling splash between rounds, that ocean breeze hitting your skin is pure, unfiltered bliss.
The kind of refreshment no air-conditioned room can ever compete with.
We'll be playing a mix of games — volleyball, spikeball, dodgeball, newcomb ball, whatever the group feels like — so no experience needed, just bring your energy and a willingness to get active.
