GoodGym Barnet is a friendly community that combines light exercise with helping local charities, community spaces, and people.
Our goal is simple: get active, meet people, and make a positive difference locally — week in, week out.
We welcome anyone who enjoys running or walking at a social pace and wants to give something back, whether you’re brand new to GoodGym, returning to fitness, or just curious to try something different.
At our events we usually run or walk together to a nearby community project, help out for a short time, then head off for a relaxed coffee and chat. No pressure, no competition — just friendly faces, purposeful activity, and local impact.
These sessions are also a great way to find out more about what GoodGym does in the community, meet local members, and ask any questions along the way.
GoodGym activities are informal, volunteer-led sessions. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk, and attendees are responsible for their own fitness, health, and safety.
