What we’re about

Good Spirit Fitness is built around the idea of eudaimonia - a Greek concept meaning “good spirit,” or human flourishing. We believe fitness should support your life, not compete with it. When training improves your strength, energy, and confidence, it creates momentum that carries into everything else you do.

Our community focuses on building practical, lifelong strength in a supportive and welcoming environment. Classes may include calisthenics (from push-ups to handstands), kettlebells, mobility work, joint preparation, and other strength-based movements chosen for real-world carryover. We focus on what matters most for health and capability - and keep things simple, effective, and sustainable.

All experience levels are welcome, and beginners are encouraged. There’s no pressure to perform any specific exercise - just a shared commitment to showing up, moving well, and getting a little stronger over time.

In-person group classes are offered in Charlotte and Belmont/Gastonia, NC, with virtual options available.

In addition to group training, I offer personalized fitness coaching and physical therapy services. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), and I enjoy working with everyone from complete beginners to those returning to activity after injury or surgery.

If you’re looking for a supportive community focused on strength, health, and long-term progress, we’d love to have you.
You can join a class, send a message here, or reach out at goodspiritfitness@gmail.com.
