Metro Group, a global wholesaler, undertook a significant transformation - migrating core workloads from traditional data centers to the cloud. This talk shares the story behind that transition.

From dealing with legacy system dependencies to aligning teams around new ways of working, where solutions sometimes led to new, unforeseen complications. This ongoing evolution requires continuous adaptation and learning.
