Meet & Greet - Find your hackathon teammates!

In this Meet & Greet, you will meet other builders in Brooklyn ecosystem wanting to explore open-source AI developer tools. GDG Brooklyn presents Gaia, an open-source developer tool that enables devs to build and train Gemma-2-2b-it and use Google Cloud for ML compute. August 22nd Agenda: 

1. Event is 6:30PM - 9PM

2. No speaker, all mingling and sharing what ideas to build for the hackathon. Meet your partners, designers, developers and friends, decide on ideas

3. Chat with Gaia developers on ideas and what you want to build.

Do you think you just fell out of a coconut tree? Everything exists in relation to one another—across the past, present, and future. Gaia embraces this interconnectedness through our living knowledge system, which embodies the principle of the “Network Effect.”

This challenge invites you to create an agent that leverages the power of data network effects. ​​Design a system where user-generated data enhances the value of the product or service for all participants, reinforcing the collective knowledge. Explore innovative methods to collect, analyze, and utilize data to create a personalized and engaging experience. Some possible solutions can be a dating app, or an agent focused on segments of the marketplace, such as eBay or Craigslist. Bonus points for demonstrating how your solution can achieve a self-reinforcing cycle of data collection and value creation.

Build a Integration with Our Featured Partners — Google Developers Group

Build a plugin, integration, or feature that enhances the connectivity and extensibility of Gaia nodes and domains with our featured partners of this hackathon. This could involve developing new communication protocols, innovative data-sharing mechanisms, or extending the capabilities of nodes in novel ways that benefit the network as a whole. Consider how clusters of nodes or domain features can be leveraged to enhance the overall application.

Pool Prize: Create a digital twin of a cultural icon — ( max prize is 40 winners)
