Google Summer of Code, open source software development and university students

We will introduce Bilkent university IEEE students to the Google Summer of Code program.
Basically Google Summer of Code is a global program focused on bringing more student developers into open source software development. Students work with an open source organization on a 3 month programming project during their break from school.
Andreu Ibanez is a Administrator and Mentor in several projects in GSoC.
