Google Plex Mountain View Tour

Fresno Economic Opportunities Comission

We organize a Google Plex / Mountain View Tour this year as well. One difference is that we'll go on Friday, so the Google Shop will be open. This meetup event will gauge the interest for the tour. We are still in the process of gathering sponsors for the event, but the worst case scenario is $36.50, we expect to push that down significantly, at least by 50%. 3 buses will leave again with 20 person each which 60 headcount cap overall. You don't need to have any technical proficiency for this event. All ages are welcome. We'll see all the famous buildings and features of the main campus. We'll have Google employee a tour guide, we'll visit the Google Visitor center as well. The second half of the day we'll visit the Computer History Museum this year the discounted museum ticket price will be built into the Eventbrite ticket price to streamline museum entrance. The Eventbrite fee contains the lunch (we are planning pizza and we'll consume it on the lawn of the park at the Google Plex), but it does not contain snacks. We'll have opportunity to get snacks at the Museum, at the rest stops at Case de Frutta. Please bring your snacks accordingly. The weather seems to be nice, please bring enough water though. The agenda (rough): 6:30 am - Gathering at EOC 7:00 am - Everyone boarded and we take off 9:05-9:30 am planned restroom break at Restroom Break at Casa De Frutta ~11:00 am Arriving at Google, one hour tour noon-1 pm Lunch at Google 1pm - 2pm Googler from Fresno Jessica Dene Earley-Cha tells her story how she ended up working for Google, Q&A 2pm - 5pm Self guided tour at the Computer History Museum 5pm leaving to Fresno 7pm planned short restroom break at Casa de Frutta
