This one-hour overview describes a seven-day program to cleanse and detoxify the mind, body, and spirit. Learn a structured approach to maintaining good health and new ways to renew and recharge. The wellness program is part of a seven-day process with two days of pre- and post-cleansing activities and three days of liquid cleansing with herbal teas, fresh juices, and hearty vegetable broths.

This is an easy level walk of 5 miles along the streets of historic Frederick, Maryland. Retrace the steps of history as pass through the neighborhoods and mingle with the visitors in the main downtown area.
Note: Due to current restrictions in place due to COVID-19, the number of people hiking in the group will be limited and the group may need to be divided into smaller groups.

• Water canteen or bottle filled with water (at least 1 quart, bring what you

feel you can carry or need to drink)

From rte 270 north go north and take the Frederick exit to Market Street
At the light at rte 355 make a left.
Travel less than 1/4 mile and you will see the cemetery and church on the left at Stadium Street.
Turn left and park in the lot across from the cemetery (not at the church).
