About our Speaker
Thomas Lehmann is a licensed manufactured and modular home dealer who built a vertically integrated housing platform from the ground up. As founder and CEO of Property Solutions Team, he leads a four-company ecosystem — Property Solutions Team (manufactured home dealership), S&T Services of Florida (construction management), PSW Lending (mortgage, a division of Sun West), and J&T Property Solutions Group (real estate brokerage) — that controls every step of the home-buying journey from raw dirt to closing table, with no handoffs and no deals dying between vendors.
Thomas's path to manufactured housing wasn't a straight line. After graduate school, he founded Super Nutrition, a sports supplement company he grew to more than 20 locations across three states in three years. When the 2008–09 downturn hit, he pivoted into small-business consulting tied to the U.S. Conference of Mayors' Partner America Program. In 2019, he entered real estate — building a track record of 175-plus flips, 150-plus wholesales, and a 30-plus property rental portfolio using creative financing. In 2023, he made the decision to go all-in on manufactured housing exclusively, laying the foundation for what Property Solutions Team is today.
That focus has paid off. Originally built across 11 Central Florida counties, the platform has now expanded into Texas and South Carolina, with Thomas licensed as a dealer in Texas. Sales have grown fast — from 29 homes in 2023, to 76 in 2024, to 60 families served in 2025, with 40 more already closed this year — for more than 200 land-home packages completed in under four years. Property Solutions Team has also taken home the Polk County Parade of Homes Manufactured Home of the Year award three years running, 2024 through 2026.
Thomas teaches that same playbook to other operators through his mastermind program, Dirt to Keys, and shares his story publicly under his personal brand "In Lehmann's Terms" — including his YouTube channel, Florida Living and Land - Affordable Housing Hub (@PropertySolutionsTeam), and a companion podcast.
Thomas is married with two children.
