Her work is also deeply personal. As the mother of an autistic son, Maria founded Valhalla Villas, a nonprofit dedicated to providing housing and independent living services for autistic adults. This mission shapes her focus on durable, legacy-oriented real estate assets that can help families create income, stability, and long-term financial security.
