Cacao ceremonies have been around for thousands of years, originating way back to Mayan and Aztec traditions.
Used for…spiritual…medicinal…and ceremonial purposes…for inner awakening…and creative guidance.
And…that is why I am so excited and thrilled to bring you this gorgeous Sacred Self Love Cacao Ceremony!
A hot chocolate drinking ceremony.
Cacao carries the frequencies of love…balance…and compassion.
Creating a loving connection with yourself…others…and nature.
The intention for the night is to gather as a group in ceremony…to open our hearts…tap into our own inner wisdom and bring compassion into our body, mind and spirit.
The cacao we will be using is pure…and I have sourced it from a gorgeous soul who has spent the past 4 years in Guatemala working closely with the cacao spirit and is produced by a family of all female Mayan women in Guatemala.
I hope you can make it to this very special ceremony to share in creating love…harmony…and peace within ourselves and each other.

WHAT TO BRING:
Water (Best to drink lots of water afterwards)
A blanket and pillow…in case you get a bit cool in meditation
A flower, leaf or stick for the earth offering (or anything you’d like to offer)
Note: The cacao works better on an empty stomach…so eat lightly and try to avoid coffee beforehand.
A lovely night of women gathering in a beautiful cosy space, where you can feel nurtured, safe and relaxed.
