Intuitive painting: self-discovery workshop

Through guided visualizations, mindfulness practices, and intuitive painting led by professional coaches and art educators, we open the door to a creative process where performance takes a back seat. This is a space where body, mind, and intuition come together inviting you to listen inward and give shape to what has not yet found words.

No painting experience is needed.
This is not about technique or results, but about experience, presence, and exploration.

Workshop costs 250 SEK and covers all materials as well as fika. Adults only.
