We’re excited to welcome you to our first “Saturday SOCIAL Badminton Bash” happening this Saturday! Get ready for a great afternoon of badminton, socializing, and fun. Here are all the details to ensure you’re prepared for the event:

Event Details

• Location: Gothia - Sankt Jörgen Park Racketsport

• Time: 14:00 hrs

Match Fee
• 120 SEK: Please Swish to HAWU AB (123 243 4181) with the message format: “YOUR MEETUP NAME - DATE OF EVENT.”
• Deadline: Payments should be made at least 24 hours before the event to confirm your spot. Only make a payment if your attendance is confirmed.

Drop-Ins
If you'd like to drop in, please check availability with the organizer.

Terms of Participation
• If you decide not to join, please update your RSVP to “Not-Going” by 19:00 on Friday to avoid the match fee.
• For cancellations within 24 hours, refunds are provided only if your spot is filled.

Equipment & Facilities
• Racket Rentals: Available for 30 SEK—reserve in advance.
• Shuttles Provided: YONEX MAVIS 350 Nylon (please return after use).
• Venue Amenities: Changing rooms, showers

Group Guidelines
• Respect and Inclusivity: We’re a friendly, diverse group playing doubles with rotating partners. Everyone is welcome!
• New Members: Please arrive early so we can introduce you to the group.
• Belongings: Kindly take care of your belongings and leave the facility clean.
