What is the Emmaus Retreat? Registration link
The Emmaus Retreat is a spiritual journey inspired by the Gospel story of the disciples on the road to Emmaus (Luke 24:13–35), where they encountered Christ in a deeply personal and transformative way. Just as their hearts were opened through conversation, reflection, and the breaking of bread, this retreat invites women to step away from daily life and rediscover God’s presence in their own stories.
For someone new, what can you expect?
Its a beautiful retreat based on Testimonies and where mass is celebrated. Stay two nights, all meals are included Friday to Sunday. Retreat is in English. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll take part in:
- Personal reflections and quiet prayer time
- Inspiring talks from other women sharing real-life faith journeys
- Small group conversations in a safe, confidential space
- Moments of worship
It’s not about perfection or having all the answers—it’s about encountering God exactly where you are.

This retreat is a wonderful occasion to not only get to know Christ more profoundly but also to be joining a Catholic community and Sisterhood.
