Talk 1️⃣: Clear Skies Ahead: Platform Acceleration with Azure Verified Modules for Terraform

Discover how our platform engineering team transformed Azure infrastructure delivery from slow, ticket‑driven requests into fast, developer‑initiated self‑service. By implementing Azure Verified Modules (AVM) with Terraform, we standardized and automated our Azure Landing Zone, cutting lead times while maintaining security and compliance. This approach allows Horse Powertrain’s developers to quickly build the cloud resources they need without bottlenecks, and gives the central team more time to focus on innovation.

Talk 2️⃣: Terraform Actions in Action

One of the latest features of Terraform, with a lot of potential, is "Terraform actions". With actions you can perform operations connected to the lifecycle of your resources outside of the usual CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) workflow of Terraform. In this talk you will learn everything about Terraform actions; what they are, how they work, which actions are available today, and a little bit about how you could contribute to the development of actions for your favorite provider. You will see examples of useful actions from the AWS and Azure providers that can enhance your automation experience today!
