Are you building a product? Are you leading or involved in leading the work to decide or support developers and teams with what should be done, how, when and why?

This is a meetup for you who wish to meet others with the same role, tasks, challenges and insights in the difficulties and joys in making a product useful and joyous for customers and users. And of course to learn what others have done in order to succeed.

We will discuss subjects such as (but not limited to) product management, strategy, feedback, customer success, dealing with and cooperating with people.

    Welcome to another Product Meetup, hosted in collaboration with Ambition Group and Koalitionen, 2 companies with expert knowledge and practical experience in AI. Together, we’ll share, learn and explore expectations placed on product teams and how AI is reshaping the way of working.

    Pontus Wärnestål (PhD): Designer and Researcher at Ambition Group, author of Designing AI-Powered Services, and Domain Leader within Ambition Empower—a continuous professional growth service for design and product teams.

    Amir Mofidi: Entrepreneur, product leader, and founder of the IT consultancy Koalitionen. With 15+ years in digital product development, he’s built and scaled products from startups to business-critical platforms for companies like Volvo Cars, Coop, and Lagerhaus. He’s founded multiple SaaS companies and drives growth by combining AI, automation, and modern product practices to turn ideas into impact fast.

    Unexpected change of plans?
    To help us plan an amazing experience and minimize snacks and drinks waste, we have a no-show fee of EUR 10 for reserved seats that go unused. The fee will be donated to the Red Cross, turning an unexpected situation into an opportunity to make a positive impact.
