Meditation and Buddhism
Details
Meditation and conversations in my apartment. It’s quite small, but almost empty, so there is plenty of space for sitting and walking meditation.
The focus will be on the practice, but talking can of course also be useful. Talking about difficult feelings and thoughts is very important.
I am also a buddhist nerd, so if you have any questions on the different traditions, I have some understanding I could share.
The goal for me is to gain long-term peace, happiness, and freedom from suffering. The way to that goal is being kind to ourselves and others, and not distracting ourselves. Instead, we learn and look closely at our own minds. As hard as this can be, it is the best use of our time — and it gets easier.
