Outcomes:

  • Recognize common signs and long-term effects of CEN in adult life
  • Understand how emotional neglect affects relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation
  • Explore steps toward healing and rebuilding emotional awareness
  • Connect with others who share similar experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental space
