Abstract
Do you want to find out more about what design thinking is and how it can help you create better user experiences? Then join us for a brief introduction to design thinking and participate in a quick brainstorming session that will help you practice and test what you’ve learned on the spot. During the event, you will have the chance to apply design thinking methodologies in collaboration with your assigned team, while trying to solve a real user experience case study. At the end of the session we will provide the actual methodology that was followed by the service design agency that worked on the case. We will also have time to reflect on the findings and answer questions you might have. -
