How would you describe your sailing experience? At the end of your description include a title for yourself (look at other profiles, or the about page for ideas)

I've been sailing about 14 years now. I started out racing, and then joined OCSC Sailing in 2004 to add some cruising to the mix. I've handled pretty much every race crew position. I also really enjoy cruising and introducing people to sailing. In July, 2017 I became an instructor at OCSC Sailing in Berkeley.

What type boats have you sailed on - or dream of sailing on? What sort of sailing do you do? Cruising, racing, beercans, YRA . . . Transpac??

I have raced beercans, YRA, J/24 one design, and IRC. I've crewed regularly on J/24, J/92 and J/105, Catalina 32 and 36, Express 34, Ranger 33, Nelson Merek 39 and Beneteau First 40.7. Did the Express 37 fleet in 2011, including Rolex Big Boat Series, and have been racing in the J/105 Fleet 1 one-design series since 2012. I regularly skipper J/24, J/105, Beneteau 37, Hanse 385 and Tartan 4100's for fun.

If you are a private boat owner -- please describe your vessel in as much detail as you can.

No. I'm a dedicated member of the Other Peoples' Boats Yacht Club.

Do you have any US sailing or ASA certificates? Do you bareboat charter?

US Sailing - Bareboat Cruising and Big Boat Asymetrical Spinnaker. I charter boats out of OCSC Sailing.

Are you disabled or have limited mobility? You'll be welcomed, but it's very important for skippers to know ahead of time to keep everyone safe while sailing (you included).

No mobility impairments.
