Thursday 5 November – Welcome to Lapland & Northern Lights Experience
We'll arrive in Rovaniemi, settle into our accommodation and spend the day exploring the capital of Finnish Lapland.
Highlights include:
• Exploring Rovaniemi town centre
• Discovering local cafés, shops and Arctic culture
• Meeting the group and enjoying our first evening together
• Optional Northern Lights Hunters Experience (£57 per person)

Sunday 8 November – Optional Arctic Adventure & Departure
Before heading home, participants can choose one of several optional experiences organised through local tour operators.
🐕 Short Husky Ride – £83 per person
🏍️ Arctic Snowmobiling Ride – £83 per person
🦌 Ranua Wildlife Park Tour – £50 per person

Please note that all activities are completely optional and are booked through local tour operators.

🏠 Accommodation Information
Participants will be staying in shared accommodation.
Where possible, rooms will be allocated as:
• Female-only shared rooms
• Male-only shared rooms
However, depending on final group numbers and accommodation availability, this cannot be guaranteed.
By booking this trip, participants acknowledge they may be sharing a room with other members of the group.

GoXplorers acts as a trip coordinator and community organiser. All participants remain responsible for ensuring they meet airline, travel and entry requirements, carry adequate travel insurance, and assess their own suitability to participate in planned activities.
