Join us for the first Tech Talk we are hosting in Jakarta!!

Introduction:

Welcome to Grab and Kudo's very first Jakarta Tech Talk (JTT) in the luxurious and fun Kudoplex! We will be introducing 2 incredible presenters who will share their experiences and secrets to success with you.

Our first talk will focus on Grab' Technology Stack and share some of the experiences in evolving a large infrastructure setup in a rapidly growing startup. If you want to know what it takes to create an app for millions of users, then this is for you!

Our second talk will focus on how Kudo embraces the challenge of scaling over the past 3 years. If you want to know what it takes to create stable and scalable code to serve millions in Indonesia, then this is for you!

Ditesh Gathani has held several technical management roles over the past 10 years. Prior to becoming Head of Engineering in Grab, he used to be the Head of Dev/Engineering for AirAsia for 4 plus years. At Grab, he leads and manages a team of engineers and developers focused on building next-generation web and mobile products. Ditesh specializes in large-scale web and systems architecture and has a Masters in Computer Science from the Universiti Malaya.

Panji Gautama is a Full Stack Web & Mobile App developer with special expertise in Android, Blackberry, and iOS platforms. Panji has received his bachelors and master degrees in computer science which has helped him in his 6+ years of experience in the IT industry- from MultiPlayer Online Games to Mobile Apps, and E-Commerce Platforms. Currently, he is leading the Engineering team and bringing his best practices at Kudo, Indonesia’s leading Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform, which enables digital entrepreneurs (“agents”) across Indonesia to become the gateway for unbanked & less tech-savvy customers to the digital ecosystem.
