A women's empowerment group dedicated to sisterhood to embrace their voice, their worth, and their inner fire.
Every woman carries strength within her and together we rise.
Founder, Shawna "Squirrel Girl" Ormsby, is a Professional Fighter, Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 6 year Martial Arts School Business Owner, 13 year Martial Artist, Life, Fitness, Holistic Nutrition and Spiritual Coach.
This group was designed to bring women of all backgrounds that are ready to find their purpose, their voice and become free of any fears and restraints holding you back from living out your dreams.
A safe and judgement free space to express ourselves, embrace our divine feminine essence, seek support in life and find self healing within through support in a sisterhood.
We will meet up every last Sunday at 9am at Henry's Depot in Sanford until the last person is ready to leave
We will also be involved in multiple community service events throughout the month volunteering, group activities, nature walks and experience life and new things together!
Shawna will be offering group fitness and self defense classes, nutrition seminars and more!
A private group chat will be given to anyone interested in staying connected or needing an uplifting community to keep each other in prayer ❤️
