Let's go hiking on the weekend.
Our route ascends and descends through narrow gorges to reach a lookout tower at the peak. Along the way, we'll see springs, a cave, and climb a ladder.

2026-10-17, Saturday, 09:30 AM, at Kiskovácsi puszta bus stop.
🗺️ The Hike
Full track here. 12 km, 580 m elevation difference, 4 hours, loop track. It looks short, but it's not an easy hike. There will be noticeable elevation and some tricky terrain.
🚍 Transport
Via H5 and bus 862. We aim to catch bus 860 at 13:37. Plan to be back in Budapest around 14:30. A BKK Pest County Pass is valid for this route. There's free parking at the trailhead.
🎒 Bring
- Drinking water. At least 1.5 L rcommended.
