When APIs misbehave, the real cause often hides in the shadows DNS, upstreams, gateways, or something deeper.

In this talk, a smarter way of debugging will be revealed: how deep, targeted visibility into API traffic can be unlocked without the burden of always-on monitoring. The question is—are you ready to see what your APIs are really doing?

Akash Thomas is software engineer specializing in Go, SaaS control planes and observability with a passion for building scalable backend systems.

Akash was an early engineer at multiple startups, and he's passionate about building products from the ground up and delivering impact.

Suresha is an SRE Manager focused on observability and reliability. He started out as a developer, moved through application engineering, and now leads efforts to keep systems resilient and running smoothly.

Talk to him about SRE practices, observability, and reliability engineering — and on the personal side, about his journey from development to operations.
