Grafana & NGINX APAC User Group Meetup

Details
Grafana Labs, the de facto observability platform, and NGINX (part of F5), the de facto web server for building modern applications, are coming together for the first time in Asia Pacific for an OSS user group meetup!
One of the challenges of DevOps and SREs in building and managing modern apps, with hundreds and thousands of services across multiple teams (that, most of the time, are largely running siloed data platforms), across multi-cloud and platforms, and with different preferred software, is how to monitor the performance of the application in one single pane of glass. That’s where NGINX and Grafana form a bond.
In this first joint meetup, Sean Maritz, Principal Solutions Engineer for Grafana Labs, and Mike Holland, Solutions Architect for NGINX, will go into:
- Setting-up NGINX ingress controller for Kubernetes
- Monitoring NGINX resources with Grafana
- Look into the question a wise man asked: If a Kubernetes cluster falls overnight, does it make noise? Weirdly enough, Grafana has an answer.
Bring your questions for Ask-Me-Anything!
