Speaker 1 : Alfredo Damari

About Alfredo
Alfredo is a Solutions Engineer at Grafana Labs, part of the Asia Pacific team that supports the user community and enterprise customers in their observability journey, Originally from Indonesia and now based in Singapore, Alfredo has been involved in the observability industry since 2018, and joined Grafana in July 2022 to increase the footprint and adoption of the Grafana LGTM stack in Asia and North Asia region. Previous to Grafana, Alfredo was with Splunk and Asecure, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Staffordshire University, and in Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU/APIIT).

About Pangidoan
Pangidoan “Doan” Butar is a Technical Support Engineer for Grafana Labs based in Bali, Indonesia. With 9 years experience in customer support, Doan has focused honing his skill set around supporting modern microservces infrastructures, Kubernetes, and Docker. Prior to Grafana, Doan was with ServiceRocket, GEIM, and Oracle Indonesia, to name a few.
