Audience: All Grafana users, not just admins
Every Grafana release ships features that solve real problems, yet most users never find them. As a Product Manager at Grafana, I see the same requests come in for things that already exist. This talk is a rapid-fire tour of the features hiding in plain sight, why we built them, and how to start using them today.

Audience: This is a great talk for anyone running Grafana for a team (current or aspiring).
Every Grafana instance starts the same way: one person, one admin account, dashboards everywhere. Then the team grows. Suddenly, you're fielding "who broke the dashboard?" and "why can't I see this folder?" This talk walks through the stages of Grafana org growth using only OSS features - from organising dashboards to Grafana-as-code - so scaling doesn't mean suffering.
