In this talk, Nikita will take you through PandaDoc’s journey of revamping observability systems with the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, and Mimir). Discover how PandaDoc moved away from a complex and outdated setup to create a unified, user-friendly observability solution. He will delve into their transition: decisions they made, the implementation steps, and how the LGTM stack transformed the way engineers at PandaDoc monitor and manage their systems, making their product more stable and streamlined.
