As AI becomes deeply embedded in enterprise products, decision-makers are increasingly asking: What’s the actual ROI? At Grammarly, two data scientists took on the challenge of providing an answer, from different angles—one by building a novel experimentation framework, the other by designing a new scoring system to quantify impact.
In this talk, we’ll share:
- How each approach was designed, implemented, and validated
- What we’ve learned so far, and how these frameworks are shaping the future of AI evaluation at Grammarly
