¿What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a sound journey which relaxes the body, calms the mind, clears information at a subconscious level and activates the natural healing systems of the human body.
We will use a wide range of instruments, such as the 7 metal Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, quartz singing bowls, and many other ancestral instruments which have been around since the beginning of time, like the shamanic drum and the didgeridoo.

You'll have the experience to receive the sound medicine of a group of 7 sound therapists, musicians and producers from the Canary islands, who have joined forces to bring you this immersive healing experience with one single mission: restore the natural state of peace which resides within us.

¿Qué es un Baño de Sonidos?
Un Baño de Sonidos es una viaje sonoro que relaja el cuerpo, calma la mente, despeja el subconsciente y activa los sistemas de sanación natural del cuerpo.
Utilizaremos una amplia variedad de instrumentos sanadores, como cuencos tibetanos de 7 metales, gongs, cuencos de cuarzo, y otros instrumentos ancestrales que llevan existiendo desde el inicio de los tiempos, como el tambor chamánico y el didjeridoo.

¿Y qué hace este encuentro tan especial?
El próximo Sábado 11 de Marzo, te invitamos a un Baño de Sonidos único, en el que vas a tener la oportunidad de recibir energía y sonidos sagrados de un grupo de sonoterapeutas y músicos de las islas Canarias que unen fuerzas para compartir su medicina de forma colaborativa, con una única misión: restablecer la Paz que existe en nosotrxs.
