1 Introduction to our events:

Welcome and great that you consider joining us :-)

We are a group for international people exsiting and new comming friends, who wants to explore and learn about the environment on our island💫

We min go 5 people and max 9 people, not too few to not have a group feeling and not too many as to not all being able to meet :-)

We are not a hiking group, but an environmental minded exploration group, that go and visit mostly remote and off track interesting locations that also teach us about the environmental history of our island! And for that, yes, we have to hike through the varied and wild nature of our amazing island!

I am Erik a danish Architect running a Practical Nature & Farmland Restoration Project here on the island! 🙂👍

I share with you through conversation the knowledge that I have gathered about the land and its environment! 💫👍

Our events are all about having a good time with like minded new and existing friends! 🙂💫

We organize on whatsapp! (it is just faster tools for communication).

If you are new, As we can be quite adventurous, we will also have an intoduction chat before you can join us out exploring :-D

2 Describtion of Expedition:

We will Explore from one of the largest cave settlement by the 4 gates (Cuatro puertas) close to Telde!

It has one of the best views of the coast and the mountains.

We will follow the conquistadors trail inland. Which will take us through an area that was only just 35 years ago a green garden of plantations. Now it is abandoned and left to turn into dust.

We will from there head down to the little fishing village Ojoz de Garca and enjoy the beach and see if there is space at the local restaurant to get some tapas by the sea!

This area was the life support of the origin people and all their growing terraces are still visible. its a fantastic view through time and its changes.

Bring your own lunch, suncream, swimming wear, snack and min 1,5 l of water!

After the exploration part of the event we go for more inspired philosophical talk, wine and tapas at a local restaurant :-D

3 Facts and conditions for joining :-)

As we always go some off track you need to be fit and agile :-)
Have good health and not suffer from fear or other afflictions that can prove problematic being at times off track out in the wild!

We are from all over the world we use English as common foreign language so you must be able to communicate well in english!

Participation is 10 Euro + about 8 Euro for your transport by public bus! meeting point will be whatsapped to those that are going!

These events are No Smoking!

So that we all can recognize each other and see who we are going out with! 🙂💫

Important these meetups are a private grouping of new and coming friends that go out exploring together!

This means that it is in any legal sense just like you being out with your friends or by yourself!

You are at your own risk at all times!

This Meetup is for Private people meeting each other on a friends basis!
