1- Introduction:

We are a club for international environmentally minded, exsiting and new comming friends, who wants to explore and learn about all! 🙂💫

We min go 5 people and max 9 people, not too few to not have a group feeling and not too many as to not all being able to meet :-)

We are not a hiking group, but an exploration group, that go and visit mostly remote and off track interesting locations that has natural, environmental or cultural importance while also teaching us about the history of the land!

And for that, yes, we have to hike through the varied and wild nature of our amazing island!

We stay together as a group! So that we can alle experience and learn together!

I am Erik a danish Architect running a Nature restoration project here on the island! 💫🙂

On our events I share with you through casual conversation the knowledge that I have gathered about the places we visit and its Ancient Culture, Nature & Enviromental History! 💫👍

Our events are all about having a good time, while learning about the island in general, while making new friends! 🙂💫

We organize on whatsapp! (it is just faster tools for communication). So sent me a whatsapp if you would like to join us and I will confirm your attendance back to you in the order that I receive a whatsapp from you.

If the forecasted weather for our destination goes bad, we always try to find a new destination with a better forcasted weather if possible :-)

2- Description of the expedition:

We wil go in search of remnants of the oldest forests!

We will go from Teror into one of possible last places where you can still get a sence of how this island would have looked and felt before all its forest was gone!

All areas of these islands has been heavyly transformed since the arrival of Normands under the leadership of the crown of Spain!

We will go and discover whats left of the past! 💫

The event lasts all day from app. 10:30 by public bus from LPA and then return to LPA by public bus app. 20:30!

Bring your own lunch, snack and min 1,5 l of water! Good shoes, a windbreaker, pullover (in case of Sutton weather change).

After the hiking part of the expedition we will go for more inspired philosophical talk, wine and tapas at a local restaurant :-D

3 - Facts and conditions for joining us:

As we always go on and off track exploring you need be fit and agile :-)

Have good health and not suffer from afflictions like fear or other issues that can prove problematic being out at times off track in the wild!

As we are from all over the world we use English as common foreign language so you must be able to communicate well in english!

You have to have a resent recognizable profile photo on this meetup group so that we all easily can see who is who! 🙂👍

Participation is 10 Euro + about 10Euro for transport by public bus!

On our expeditions events we aim to create knowledge about how the islands Nature, Environment and farmland can be regrown for the benefit of the local farmers and us all!

On our Natute restoration project we research and test how to the fastest regrow the now desertified nature and creat some fantastic fun farming products in the process! 💫😀🙏

This means that it is in any legal sense just like you being out with your friends or by yourself!
