Grand Investors,

It apparently is a buyers market right now. The market is flooded with real estate and that means the deals are out there. We currently have over 600 homes on the MLS and who can count the number of properties for sale by owner! The deals are there and I want to know what you are doing to find them. If you don't know, we can help you find them.

Now is the time to get up and grow!

If your life is "normal", it is very busy with stuff. What you have to do is determine which items are worth keeping and which items are anchors dragging you down. The blessings of life are yours for the taking and the real estate deals are not waiting around for us. SO - let's get out there and GET THEM!!

This months REI meeting will start at 7:00 PM. As always, bring your friends, spouses, significant others etc., all are welcome. I look forward to seeing you all there.
