Today, I’ll be sharing my experiences and insights from my recent work. I'll discuss the tools we used, the makeup of our team, the processes and constraints we faced when releasing deployments to production, and some interesting tidbits about their move to the cloud with AWS, especially compared to other banks that are lagging in that area.
During the talk, I'll dive into:

• Tools: The various tools we leveraged throughout our projects, highlighting what worked well and what didn’t.
• Team Makeup: The composition of our team, including roles and how we collaborated to achieve our goals.
• Processes and Constraints: Our deployment processes, the challenges we encountered, and how we navigated constraints to ensure smooth production releases.
• Cloud Migration: How our organization’s move to AWS compared to other banks still behind in cloud adoption, emphasizing the benefits and lessons learned.

I hope this will be an engaging session where we can all learn from each other’s experiences and discuss best practices in cloud migration and deployment strategies.
