The Speaker
Ewa Nowak is a seasoned product design manager and strategic UX leader with over 20 years of cross-industry experience in user-centered product design, front-end development, and brand strategy. She brings deep expertise in UX leadership, stakeholder engagement, program management, and process optimization across sectors including construction, finance, publishing, education, and marketing.

Ewa excels at leading interdisciplinary teams, driving design systems, and creating meaningful, accessible user experiences. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and is a strong advocate for collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

Most recently, she has expanded her leadership skills through business ownership, helping grow operations and revenue at Be Sweet Café & Bakeshop, a local restaurant in Grand Junction, Colorado.
