Shipping a Company
Abstract
AI makes building faster than ever, but that’s not always an advantage. The real edge for startup founders today is knowing what not to build. Anastasia shares what she learned shipping Inkwell Games: how to use AI to get smarter faster, stay close to your customers, and resist the temptation to build everything you can.
Bio
Anastasia is the founder of Inkwell Games, a daily logic puzzle platform for meaningful screen time. She launched on Pi Day, 2025 and now serves thousands of players with human-crafted puzzles. A product leader with engineering roots, her background spans edtech and impact tech—she scaled a D2C coding education product to millions in revenue and led engineering and AI product development at Metaculus. She came to puzzle game design from the startup world rather than gaming, which shaped her product-market-fit-first approach.
