The evening will begin with the brand-new 2025 Sauvignon release, a beautifully expressive 50/50 field blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris. From there, guests will be guided through a curated vertical and single-vineyard exploration of Barolo, including:

2020 & 2021 Sotto Castello di Novello (single vineyard)
2019 Le Coste Riserva (single vineyard)
