We will be debuting the newest capital investment at The Storm Cellar - an innovative design allowing us to power three-phase loads on a single phase service while net-metering. If you don't understand what that means, that's okay! It's an invention that we are happy to partner with Atlasta Solar Center in showing to the world. The key concepts of this design is that it uses solar and storage in order to run our winery 100% on solar energy including our varying loads on single and three phase.
