It’s time to wrap up the year with a little holiday spirit!
December’s meetup brings West Michigan’s real estate investing community together one more time before the new year—a night to reconnect, celebrate milestones, share insights, and look ahead to what’s next.
Join us Monday, December 8, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Peppino’s Upper Deck in downtown Grand Rapids for a festive evening filled with good conversation, networking, and holiday cheer.
'Tis the season, so make sure you throw on your best holiday sweater—bold, bright, questionable, ugly, or downright legendary. Prizes go to the top three crowd favorites:
• First place: Two (2) tickets to the 2026 Midwest Real Estate Investor Conference
• Second place: Three (3) free regular RPOAM real estate investor training classes in 2026
• Third place: $25 Visa gift card
Plus, we’ll have free light appetizers and a drink ticket waiting for you, plus Peppino’s full bar and menu open for anything extra you’d like.

We’re proud to partner with The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program, helping local families make the holidays brighter.
Bring a new, unwrapped toy with you, or take a tag from our tree—either at the meetup or anytime leading up to it at the RPOAM office—to be matched anonymously with a West Michigan child (an “angel”) and buy a holiday gift to brighten their season.
It’s a small way for us to give back and make the holidays brighter. Each toy or tag helps a West Michigan family enjoy the season a little more.
