ASGA Golf Event - River Hills Golf Club - Sunday, July 19, 2026
Details
Tucked away along the “golf corridor” of Highway 17 in the historic seaside village of Little River, South Carolina, River Hills Golf and Country Club offers one of the most unique and reasonably priced golf experiences on the Grand Strand. We will be enjoying the course on Sunday, July 19.
Designed by architect Tom Jackson, River Hills is one of his signature “visually intimidating” courses: easier to play than it looks. Tom describes the picturesque 18-hole, par 72 course he created as “modern in concept, yet traditional in nature…a pleasing blend of old and new design ideas unlike any other course at the beach.” We might encounter Tom at River Hills; he makes a point of coming to play the course a few times a year.
Tee times start at 9:40 am so please be there by 8:45 so that we can get a group picture and everyone will have a chance to pay and get settled on the carts.
The course is excited to host us and is giving us a great rate of $46 + tax per player. Payment will be required at the course directly upon sign in. The course needs a headcount several days in advance, so please RSVP by Monday, July 13. You can RSVP on Meetup. The course address is 3670 Cedar Creek Run, Little River, SC 29566. Space is limited so sign up early to secure your spot!
