Updated information on May 15th:
It looks like our parking will be limited due to enthusiastic response to this hike. Seth has offered to meet carpoolers at Family Fare grocery store across from Menards at 9:15 am. Seth will be there in his Subaru. Please consider meeting there at 9:15 to save space at the trailhead.

Whether you are working on your 100 Mile Challenge or just hiking for fun, join us on a 6.2 mile hike along the Hodenpyl Dam Pond to Fletcher Creek Campground. We will hike through beautiful pine forests along water at about a 2 mile an hour pace.

We will meet at the entrance of Fletcher Creek Campground and shuttle a few cars to the Hoedenpyl Dam to start our 6.2 mile hike back to Fletcher Creek Campground.
About halfway through the hike we will take a lunch break at Northern Exposures campground where bathrooms are available. After a break we will continue to walk near the water on mostly flat terrain.

Bring lunch, snacks, a lot of water, bug spray. Poles are optional but good shoes are recommended. There may be mud so please make sure your boots are up to the task.

Directions to Start: From Mesick, travel 1.5 miles on M115 to Hodenpyle Dam Rd. Turn left and drive about 500 ft. You will see the campground on the left.
Carpools are suggested!
