Hike 100 Challenge: Glengary Road to Fletcher Creek Campground

Carpool option: If you're interested, we'll meet at Chums Corners at the Family Fare grocery store across from Menards at 9:45 am.

Whether you are working on your NCT 100 Mile Challenge or just hiking for fun, join us on a 4 mile hike from Glengary Road to Fletcher Creek Campground. We will hike through beautiful pine forests with great views of the Manistee River and Hodenpyl Pond, at about a 2 mile an hour pace.

We will meet at the entrance of Fletcher Creek Campground, shuttle a few cars to Glengary Road, and hike back to Fletcher Creek .
About halfway through the hike we will take a snack/lunch break.

Bring lunch/snacks, a lot of water, long pants & bug spray. Poles are optional but good shoes are recommended. There may be mud so please make sure your boots are up to the task.

Directions to Start: From Mesick, travel 2 miles on M115 to Hodenpyl Dam Rd. Turn left and drive about 500 ft. Park before the entrance by the NCT marker. Google maps can find it at Fletcher Creek Rustic Campground
