Drop off your gingerbread house between the dates of Monday, December 1st and Saturday, December 12th. No rules... just have fun! EXCELLENT PRIZES! Judging on December 15th; judging based on originality and creative use of edible ingredients! Pick up houses after Wednesday, December 31st.
Meriel Frandsen, a professional baker, will be demonstrating how to make the choux dough, Craquelin, and the pastry creme. We'll sample the treats at the end!
