The journey meant collaborating across legal, departments, and leadership to set clear guardrails on acceptable use, data handling, and approved tools. By framing the policy as an “AI playbook” rather than a rulebook, we aimed to empower employees to explore responsibly, safeguard trust, and confidently leverage AI as a driver of innovation.
