Everett Dam, Weare - New Boston Out and Back

Details
A 23 mile out-and-back in Weare and New Boston. We'll start at the Everett Lake Dam parking lot located on Clough Park Road in Weare. This ride is typical New Hampshire terrain; it has its ups and downs.
We ride along Clough Park and River Roads following the Piscataquog River to Parker Station in Goffstown, jog across route 114 to pick up Parker Road then the other River Road / Rt 13, again following the Piscataquog River towards New Boston. Along the way, we'll likely pick up the four mile stretch of the New Boston Rail Trail and follow it through the fairgrounds into New Boston.
The last time here, the trail had one road crossing with a very short incline and surface that most riders chose to walk. The trail can be bypassed using River road, although nice wooded scenery would be missed.
Our rest and snack stop will be at Dodge's Country Store in New Boston. We'll return from there following River Road/Rt-13 in lieu of the rail trail.
The School Street Cafe in Dubarton makes a great post ride coffee and treat place.
Proposed route: Weare (Everett Dam) / New Boston out and back
Organizer may change route depending upon conditions.
