Adult dodgeball training.

New players always welcome.
Comfortable sports gear, non-black soled shoes, and water bottle essential.

Arrive five minutes ahead of time if possible.

Typical session involves :

  • Stretches and sport specific warm up.

  • Core skills drills

  • Dodgeball games (conditioned and standard)

  • Our weekly Last Giant Standing competition (see the standings at GrantonGiants.com)

  • Giant of the week award

Club primarily run using the Spond organising app. where most regular memebrs sign up. Numbers vary between 8=16 weekly.
