Adult dodgeball training.
New players always welcome.
Comfortable sports gear, non-black soled shoes, and water bottle essential.
Arrive five minutes ahead of time if possible.
Typical session involves :

Stretches and sport specific warm up.

Dodgeball games (conditioned and standard)

Giant of the week award
Club primarily run using the Spond organising app. where most regular memebrs sign up. Numbers vary between 8=16 weekly.
