Experience Reiki Tummo healing energy. Sit or lie down on a mat. (Bring extra clothes as the floor can be colder than a chair.) Approximately a half hour, followed by a 20 minute non-denominational prayer from the Heart, called Open Heart Meditation. At the end there will be a bit of time for sharing our experiences and for asking questions.
