Hey everybody!

I know a lot of you are coming straight from work so please don't worry about having to bring anything. Come as you are and it's all good.

What to expect??

- Guided meditation and instruction = how we get results out of it

- Group thought exercise = Start tracking our train of thoughts and how break away from them and how to focus them.

- Discuss self-esteem and how it works = Discuss tiny changes to our daily routines that have huge returns to our self-worth.

- Behavior hacks for pausing negative thought loops

- Connecting with others from a place of security and strength = enough Zoom and Facetime, let's start investing in our cognitive and emotional health in-person together.

- Habits, consumption, language we use about ourselves (and how those projects on to our belief systems) let's change what we consume in food and media and how we speak
